How We Use Technology

At G180 Swim, we're passionate about creating high-quality swimwear that looks and feels great. That's why we use the latest 3D technology to design, develop, and produce our garments.

Our design process begins with creating a 3D model of each swimsuit. This allows us to visualize and perfect every detail of the garment before we even begin production. We can experiment with different fabrics, colors, and styles to create the perfect look and fit.

Once the design is finalized, we use 3D technology to develop a virtual prototype. This allows us to see the garment in motion and make any necessary adjustments before we begin production.

When it's time to produce the swimsuits, we've typically eliminated two or three steps in the sampling process since because our 3D process allows us to get the garment as close to perfect as possible. This ensures that each swimsuit is consistent in size and shape, and that the design details are accurately represented.
